As an exclusive value for our Web Hosting customers, Action Graphics offers two exciting services: Managed Hosting and Hosting Plus.

What Is Managed Hosting?

Managed Hosting is a service we offer in which we establish a web hosting account with our hosting division, Action Discount Hosting, on your behalf. We manage all aspects of web hosting, domain names, email account setup, security certificates, etc. All of these details can be transparent to you.

Of course, if you prefer to administer your web services on your own, you can open and manage your own account at Action Discount Hosting (or a web hosting or domain registry of your choice).

What Is Hosting Plus?

If you have or open a Web Hosting account with our hosting division, Action Discount Hosting, we offer bundled web site maintenance packages. With these packages, you pre-pay on a monthly basis in return for discounted web site development or maintenance services.

We currently offer two plans:

1. Hosting Plus Two (H+2): $50 per month
2. Hosting Plus 5 (H+5): $125 per month

* These costs are in addition to web hosting costs and are paid separately.

This is how Hosting Plus works:

• Based on the plan you choose, you get up to 2 or up to 5 hours of services per calendar month.
  
  
• Services include new web page construction, web site maintenance, or web page content development (editing and/or writing).
  
  
• The hours do not accrue month-to-month. This plan works on a use-it-or-lose-it basis, terminating at the end of each calendar month. Unused service time credits remaining at the end of the month are not refunded and are not added to the next month's service time.
  
  

These bundled services are less expensive than a la carte hourly web development services. Regardless of the date purchased, you are then entitled to 2 or 5 hours of web development services through the remainder of the month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation means you will not be billed for the following month. There are no refunds for Hosting Plus services paid.
